llccman, I am looking forward to having VALH as the topic of posts on various threads as more investors become aware of Value Holding. I do wish they would change their name to something more appropriate for their lumber business. Regarding the 10-K, I used to prepare the financial and some of the narrative of the 10-Q and 10-Ks for a midwest bank but I did not transmit the info to EDGAR. From what I understand, transmitting the information to EDGAR was a real chore. At least that is what I heard. I will be glad when VALH gets their 10-K filed. I am looking forward to tomorrow, but more so to next week. Take care, Scoobey
