Thu 15 Feb 2001 Property Agreement
The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation of an
option agreement dated Jan. 31, 2001, between the company and Dumont Nickel
Inc. (the optionor). The company has been granted an option to acquire up
to a 100-per-cent interest in and to one mineral permit (PEM1441) of
approximately 51 square kilometres located in the Ungava region, Province
of Quebec (the Checkmate property).
In order to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the Checkmate property, the
company must make cash payments totaling $50,000 (over a four year period,
an initial $15,000 up front) and issue to the optionor 150,000 common
shares of the company (over a two-year period, an initial 50,000 shares up
front).
