What happened to QQQ today? It was a half day wonder that fizzled back to where it started. The 123 goblin paid a visit:

1. Gapped up on opening and rose to 100 points above yesterday's close.
2. At 2 p.m., Hedge funds had traders for late lunch, gobbling 55 points.
3. Instinet ate the rest.

So, we're back to chart reading, figuring whether this is a swing that didn't happen, or that it will still happen.
