Paul RE: AZBOM The attorney general office of AZ is the key player involved as I understand. Because of the events that occurred after IPM's filing (CNN and internet activity possibly using state property and on state time) they put a gag on them to assess whether there have been further damages to IPM. Think of all the shareholders who sold as a result of those activities. The Board of Governors of the department have been apprised of entire situation. I am not certain what happens after the thirty days.
