I know that my bones will be found in the bottom of the Bear Den, or my freeze-dried hibernating carcase, but I don't think that outside of some energy stocks there is such a thing as a value-based investment right now. If you take the Yahoo search engine and look for energy (oil/gas) stocks with a P/E under 10 or under 5, you can find them. But everything else has got some degree of bubbly speculation built into it. Oh, I guess there are scattered exceptions--for example, the Israeli secuiry company (now gone international) MAGS. But not much.
