For those interested... Haywood whacked the bid three times prior to that monster cross: from $3... $2.95... $2.93... $2.93... and finally... $2.92. Which indicates to me that they wanted the price to be as low as physically possible to flip the shares. Whose firm hands would they be in now? Does SUF have a 5% ownership declaration rule? IMHO the shark is in the water... maybe. L.
