Thank you for your explanation of your understanding of TA. You did not know overbought. Overbought is defined as ask volume exceeding bid volume by a large margin. In Silicon Investor chart of volume, ask volume is in blue color candle sticks. and bid volume is in red color. So, when you see more red candle sticks, it is oversold. No wonder you have problems with other technicians who do not agree with your TA analysis.

My personal friend Ted Valpey, Sr. just announced a 7 cent dividend payable March 16. On that day, the stock price will go down 7 cents because retained earnings will be reduced 7 cents per share. You will pay for the extra 7 cents from now until then.

Otherwise, you have to understand that dark clouds in a bank is loan loss. You look at the change in loan loss to effect the EPS. You can trend the loan loss to see if EPS will go down. Banks tend to reserve more than they can recover from loan loss. The reason is tax liability. Watch how MWBX explains their tax liability and you will understand bank stocks much better.

Lastly, we don't try to prove who is right or wrong(first amendment rights in our constitution). Get you definition of terminology of TA components right and you will have less arguments.

TraderX flitters around because he can not stand up and fight. His writings are not thorough. No one wants to argue with a client. Wait until he becomes an expert then you might do some knowledge collaborations with him.
