Oops. Wrong! It was ITC. 10 million shares. I don't get it. Do they need the cash for ITCD, their money burning CLEC? For hungry startups in their venture fund? Could they get nailed for insider trading if they new no deal was going to happen, even though mgmt has implied the company is for sale? It just don't make sense. Bob
