Capital Alliance Group's subsidiary, SE Global Equities Inc., has engaged
MadCon Company, Inc. -- a U.S.-based firm -- to provide investor relations
and corporate communications services on its behalf. This agreement is part
of the overall strategy for SE Global's upcoming listing in the United
States. Based out of the Seattle area, MadCon is a full-service investor
relations and consulting firm with over 12 years experience working closely
with both public and private companies. MadCon will introduce and raise
awareness of SE Global through its extensive network within the investment
community. This agreement is for a 12-month period.
Capital Alliance Group, reports that it has appointed Quentin Mai to the
position of manager, investor relations. Mr. Mai has extensive experience
in the provision of professional investor relations services to publicly
listed companies in both the Canadian and U.S equities markets. Mr. Mai
also brings over five years of professional commerce experience based in
Asia to the company. Mr. Mai will be an important member of the team that
is co-ordinating the company's growing investor relations programs. These
programs will be dedicated to raising the company's profile in the
investment community both in North America and abroad. Mr. Mai will also
assist with selected business development activities of the company.
Toby Chu, president and chief executive officer, states: "While we arc
aggressively implementing our business plan and accelerating the pace of
new developments, we also appreciate that an effective and integrated
investor relations program can be a very important element in the
enhancement of shareholder value. We are pleased to welcome Quentin Mai to
