This is very interesting...I've had GLN since it fell to 3/4 a couple
of years ago and never really thought much more about it. I knew about this arbitration but have almost forgotten about the stock. It's just one I always knew would pay off some day because GLN was
just too big...the government was not about to let that one go under
because it would have been much too big to add to the S&L bailout. I
always assumed that when it got turned around it would go to about
30 or so...probably on a buyout by one of the giants...maybe Chase now
that they've gobbled up Chemical; they need to try and catch up with
Citi.
