GVTucker: Re: Only a little OT, January PPI was up 1.1%, with the core rate up 0.7%. Why would anyone who buys gasoline for their car and heats their home with natural gas, propane, or heating oil be surprised at this? Here in St. Louis, Laclede Gas has actually requested the state to approve a price decrease for natural gas, so hopefully this will help PPI in the upcoming months (after bitterly cold weather in December, temps around here have been above normal recently). Are other gas companies requesting price reductions around the country? Adam
