glad: I am amazed when I hear people talking about "bargains" -- this market is so expensive -- how does the expression go --"you only know that you are in a bubble after the fact". Hey Glad, we are still in a bubble IMO. Lower interest rates were going to "save us" -- the denial is so thick you can cut it with a knife. Good luck.
