Robert ---briefing.com has a habit of saying I told you so after the fact ---if he had posted this a month a go I would be impressed . Telecom carriers are doing the right thing to maximize their capital expenditures in these trying times that have been created by the FED . I still have an issue that a 1 billion dollar company ( niche player) is beating a total solution provider and is causing a 25 % shortfall in qtr revenues ( their is more to the story )
