Zolt I don't know if I would jump that far quite yet. NT has done a good job refocusing the company into the optical transport area, LU has a lot of very good pieces....if only they could get good leadership. The lack of leadership there will hinder them for at least a few years and by then the deck chairs are completely rearranged. That leaves Cisco. Great management, sales force and product mix. Technology implementation right now is not critical due to the slowdown but going forward it becomes very important to success. My guess is that Cisco will come out stronger and that NT will also execute well. I am concerned that so many people don't understand what these companies do. They all do slightly different things and cannot be compared across the board. Having cash to play with however is extremely valuable here though. regards, Eric
