I think that it has a great amount of truth to it. I have been making the same argument for about 6 months. NT has far too much exposure to the legacy circuit switch products, though they have a much better migration story than LU.

Their weakness in optical baffles me...tells me that they are behind the curve in a very serious way. This may not be technology, but cultural attitude (with a leaning toward telcos).

Some of their conclusions about other companies don't seem based in reality though.
