Hello, John, long time.

I heard the word stagflation this morning just after the horrible PPI numbers, and rushed to buy gold (XAU and NEM calls).
I guess that until there is a strong refute to the PPI numbers, AG's choices are very limited.
AG remembers depression and remember stagflation (been there, done that).
He must take his foot of the acceleration (printing) pedal and accept a deeper and longer recession for the fear of stagflation is always greater.
If M2 stops growing it's going to be a big blow to the markets.
IMO the NYSE is now as overvalued as the NASDAQ. GE, KO, CL and other respectable two letter stocks look more overvalued IMO then MSFT, CSCO, INTC and other key technology stocks.
