the co, is not the scam---- its the people behind it

the analyst, who should understand valuations but give it castle in the sky prices/market caps not even close resembling to real world values because their employer has a vested interest in unloading, at overinflated profits.

its the insiders who pick up options to their stock at 1 cent a share, play with accounting tricks, sell products at under cost, create bs partnerships, so they can sell their holdings at 1000 times their work--- and become instant elite

its the Market makers who buy these overinflated stocks from the insiders with the understandng that they will also be able to unload at higher prices once the news and publicity stunts get going

Its the brokerage house who picks up a piece of that IPO , as fees/ and at entry level prices, have their analyst give out a "buy" and start unloading their stock through a massive army of brokers who dial the phones all day to call new clients and old about this great stock

Its the mutual funds who also buy these stocks and in the short run , create unreal demand for a b.s stock with their amazing buy power given to them by joe six pack, the ability to support stocks even thou valuations wont merit ,

but, in the long run ,,the truth always comes out---well to those who see it at least
