Aren't we pretty certain that they did not own any pre-ipo, since the only owners then were MRVC and employee-insiders according to the S-1. Therefore, Fido acquired their entire interest either during the IPO or after or a combination of the two. (my guess is the latter)
As an aside, it is because of the ability of a few large investors to capture nearly all of the float in LMNE (only 12 million shares to begin with) that keeps me from attempting any kind of arbitrage between LMNE/MRVC. It will simply be too easy for a few heavy hitters to take away all the borrowed shares of LMNE when they think the time is right. This accumulation is one of the reasons for the relative strength of LMNE vs. MRVC.
