Well, you've explained TLC's case in specific, but unfortunately have failed to make your case on the matter at hand. My point was that there appears to be a double standard of huge proportions and while some are punished harshly for their misdeeds, others who commit equal acts are given more leniency.

Using your example, TLC has been suspended before, so to make out that he is an innocent in need of leniency is just silly. A@P with his website advertisement is a clear violation. Others who curse and name call continue to do so on a daily basis without fear of suspension.

In a real community we would and should all have more tolerance and if I can see this kind of stuff on prime time TV or hear it on the radio, yet it is banned on the internet, then perhaps the terms need to be reconsidered or relaxed some. In many cases SI Admin acting as judge, jury and executioner is a bit much.
