Gold shorts will cover once all the major averages have broken support and its clear that the game is up. Or once one of the members of the club like GS LEH MWD or any of the others in too deep to gold derivatives starts to break down and start covering. As long as they have mutual trust that they will all stay in it together then they are ok. My bet is that one of them will flinch and start covering in a panic if they get in trouble here. One by one they will crumble and pay for the years of lying to the public and generally ripping people off. Brokers will join the ranks of the unemployed and Greenspan will be heralded as the biggest scam artist of all time next to Clinton. M.
