The big boys are two years behind 3Com!!!! They are now just beginning to think of restructuring their business models while 3Com is in its' final stage of consummating its' restructuring programs. This is why I feel 3Com is well positioned to surprise the AnalCysts in the coming year. I feel the company is better focused, extremely well capitalized and better positioned with its' relatively new management. A little forbearance and dd in these chaotic times will reap us all a windfall in the not too distant future. With the spinoff of Commsworks and layoffs of approx. 2000 employees the company is poised to fall back into positive earnings within a quarter or two. We should also note that at $9 a share we are buying the stock at a substantial discount to its' Book Value, Whoa.
