I found the discussion around inflation (or staginflation?) rather interesting and useful.

What was announced today that is making Nasdaq drop about 5%? PPI? Core rate?

Edit: I had read that retail sales were suprisingly higher in Jan than Dec, the holiday month. When has that ever happened before? John or GV, do you know?
