Yes, there was a Smith Barney analyst at the annual mtg. If I recall, his questions revolved mostly around the eventual booking of the deferred revenues and the cashflow problems; i.e. where the cash to fund growth come from. The volume seems to have dried up considerably, which I hope means the waves of selling are over. Technically, the charts look terrible on this stock, but more and more I think we are in the last stages of a panic sell-off. I've been a pretty heavy buyer today, and the last two days. But I think it will take a while to consolidate, and I suspect there may be some pretty stiff overhead resistance in the 4 to 4 1/2 range. I think this is an interesting speculation based on the risks/rewards. Paul
