How do you think the appeal will play out; remanded back to JJ, remanded to another judge, sent back for retrial, sent back for retrial but not followed through with by the DOJ or settlement?....(Hope I didn't miss anything). Do you think the FOF will be upheld? Curious as to your thoughts - opinions...
