HOMS does not look good to me either HOMS might not make it, but I'll bet you a nickel that a large company will evolve and revolutionize this industry. It might take 10 years but all it needs is some Bill Gates type character. The divorced, soccer moms will have to find another profession. The appraisal business is one of the biggest scams going.
