More insider buying. On January 31, 2001, one of the directors (Rex A Sebastian) purchased 5 more shares of HECO. biz.yahoo.com Over the past year insiders have not sold any shares of HECO, all insider transactions have been purchases; Sure it is only 5 shares this time, but its better than insider selling!
