So glad to find this thread! Had a HD crash with Win98SE OS. Going to go to Win2000 with the upgrade version. Am I going to have to install Win98SE in order to do the upgrade? What other problems might I encounter? What do you recommend for a back up system? Putting in a WD 7200 30gig. Hope that is a good one :-) Anyone able to recommend a good book on Win200 that isn't too technical but then not too beginner either? TIA
