Novellus' Jim Fair - a SLAPP poster child!
After nearly two days of SLAPP testimony, NVLS Director Jim Fair could not substantiate a single allegation he made in his two Varian SLAPP declarations, one of which was used to illegally take away my civil liberties for nearly one year:
