I tend to agree with you, X. There aren't many debates, only a series of monologues, and most of those are highly predictable (and repetitive).

Some of my favorite places on SI have disappeared in all but name, due to the propensity to "score points" and carry vendettas from one thread to another, completely unrelated, thread. It is a shame.
