Ask anyone in American manufacturing industry and they will say that we are in a recession,'' Yet those NYSE stocks keep chugging along. I see the tax cut going to pay the gas bill not buying techs. These gas and oil companies are having record profits. Just have tofigure out what they want to spend it on. Jack
