Yes, I agree they are all sells but the trust is probably the same thing that I have been dealing with for over 2 years now which is the required liquidation of an estate holding. I have always been one of those glass is half full type of people where I won't even think about sales until I see the all the company officers on the list. Do me a favor and educate me on something if you can. Why does a shareholder file for insider trading? I have never understood that since many of them don't have that many shares in their holdings.
