Guys, OK I figured it out. Here is what I sent to the SEC, followed by the response from SEC. I deleted my address and phone number, but remember they require you add it to your letter. I have been looking for 10Qs, 8Ks, etc, but no info. The last bit of news was on Mar. 5th when they completed an acquistion.
