Guys, OK I figured it out. Here is what I sent to the SEC, followed by the response from SEC. I deleted my address and phone number, but remember they require you add it to your letter. I hope this helps.

I'm writing in regards to the above mentioned company. Power-Tel USA
OTC symbol PTUSA. Formerly known as Neveda Energy (NNRGA).
I have tried to contact the company by voice mail several times but my
calls as well as several others investors go un-returned. Some days they show trading activity and most days nothing. I have been looking for 10Qs, 8Ks, etc, but no info. The last bit of news was on Mar. 5th when they completed an acquistion. I fear that this is no longer a legitimate company and would appreciate your help in getting any info you have regarding this company.
