As I understand the purpose of this thread, it's to develop strategies to protect choice here and around the world. I certainly support choice, but I'm not at all political or much of an activist. I'm afraid I wouldn't be much use around here. This pro-life/pro-choice thing is a virtual stalemate between those who want to make abortion illegal or unavailable and those who want to stop them and to expand availability. The whole issue is about abortion rather than about making every child wanted and cared for, which I think is what both sides really want. I'd rather work on that. Karen
