Carl, I had a feeling that would be your response. It takes you moments to find multiple links to almost any issue that pops up here, but you can't provide the links to the 10% number you quoted. Since the service I subscribe to includes all of the publications that are more than willing to report negative news about Rambus, I'm surprised it doesn't show up there. And since it's never been reported on this thread, I'm surprised you used the phrase "repeatedly". Since I doubt you'll answer the question, I'll open it up to the reading public. If any bulls out there tell me that the 10% number has been reported repeatedly, I'll accept that. If any other bears wish to support Carl, please simply provide a link to some public reporting of the 10% royalty rate from the past (it appears that the lack of trust is mutual, Carl). I'm certainly willing to admit I somehow missed the "repeated" reporting of this number. However, if you have no proof, I'd be curious to hear how you got that number given that only the Micron attorney's (and maybe Rambus attorney's) appear to have had it until now. Dave
