Well, not many people read their local websites, unfortunately.
I have to admit, I do very sparingly. Mostly for school information for the kids. School schedules and activities (as well as Boy Scouts, etc.) are all listed, so it's a useful source of family related info.

Still, I always find it interesting when people do look at their local sites, since I work in the business. In fact, I find it interesting when people even KNOW they have a local site.
