Ben,
The good news about Garth is that they will loan money to FNTN. After this it goes down hill fast. Garth, operating out of the Cayman Islands is the outfit FNTN has gone to in the past for funding.
In the opinion of one or two persons, who I think are 'in the know' it is suspected that Garth was the main culprit who sold FNTN shares short...from 0.98 to our present price. In the opinion of some, Garth has played FNTN like a yo yo.
(IMO , At least Garth seems to think FNTN/ETrend Group will be around long enough to play it like a fiddle, making money off their share ownership) :- )
