I've been a Union member twice in my life, both times not by choice. The first was in 1967 at the Vertol Div. in Chester, PA, building and re-fitting helicopters for "Nam. After being hired I was informed that I had 30 days to join the union or be fired. The second time is my current job in the wireless communication industry. Technically I was not required to join the union, but I would still have to have Union dues withheld from my paycheck. At least by joining, I can keep an eye on the enemy for my "contribution". Bull-F*ing St is what it is. A bunch of Cretins supposedly looking out for my interests and really only concerned with my money financing their dreams of power and wealth. Megalomania facilitated by acts of Congress and State Legislatures. Which is how companies buy labor "peace" and ego-maniacal lib politicians get election support. Chas
