John Frawley, The answer you are looking for most likely comes from the recent increase in institutional holdings. Latest quarter purchases were 731,500; mostly by Loeb Arbitrage Mngt., Inc. Their total now stands at a remarkable 1,123,500 shares. I wonder who they know at CWG or Nextel? If I remember correctly, there were restrictive covenants that prohibited management from either side from purchasing or selling securities of MOOR. Obviously, someone knows more than we do.... which is nothing new these days! Patiently waiting for several years! Jim
