Surely you don't mean that Walmart will be going into the telco business? <gg>

Are you really saying that you expect the RBOCs to change their culture and use their strong balance sheets so effectively that they will provide better returns to their owners than a GX or LVLT? I wasn't implying that they would go away; only that others would do better. When I look at the many layers of management and the huge numbers of lawyers on the payroll of the RBOC and sense the level of dissatisfaction of their business customers and look at what Bell Atlantic is spending on their Fiber-to-the-home project I am just much more comfortable with GX.
