I suspect you're right. Trumka might well be indicted. We'll see. Lot of political grandstanding going on right now, from Mary Jo White and others. Every two-bit politician is trying to make a little hay from the Rich pardon. Re: "WH executing brilliantly": So far, so good for GWB, but he hasn't been tested yet. We'll see what happens regarding his tax plan, which right now doesn't have the votes to pass the Senate, and campaign finance reform.
