Years ago I used to use it. Mid 1980s or thereabouts. Why do you ask? It's similar to what I use for pattern analysis, but Delta itself I do not use. Even in the 1980s it was only a program that I ran off an old Apple ][, so it probably was closer to 1984 when last I tried it. A friend of mine was a Delta Director. I was tempted to become one but when I was looking at it the fee was $35K. A bit of a reach for me.
