Other than that, I think the solution may be to re-install W2K.

I do wish to say that I appreciate all the help that I have received here now and in the past. From the late 1970s through the mid 1980s I could rip an Apple or an IBM apart and rebuild it in the dark. Today I cannot even find the power button on a Nokia cellular phone easily so any help is much appreciated.

Anyway we shall give this a shot. If it works I definitely shall let you know.
