serious o.t. question for energy mavens: since last the propane truck dropped into stitzel canyon i have had serious reservations about it dropping in again. hence, we are going all elect. (any idea what a full propane truck weighs and how hard it is to stop on steep, narrow dirt roads, and how far in it sinks when it hits the sandy bottom - or what they cost to replace?) have been searching for tankless, on-demand, elect. h20 heaters and have been impressed with those at the following site. tankless-water-heater.com anyone know anything at all on this subject? caveats? recommendations? thank you, don (whose mrs. is p.o.ed because we ran out of propane due to her incessant cake and cookie baking so we have neither stove nor hot water - 'ah, me darling, never-no-mind, you smell as sweet as the roses in spring.')
