PMS - right on the money, as usual.

The true CSCO longs have been passed through a darwinian sieve that weeds out those who can even contemplate CSCO being over priced.

I am reminded of those moths in England that live amongst the beech forests. At the turn of the century, the silvery white ones were far less likely to become tasty morsels than any of their darker cousins. Thus had natural selection forged a species of beech-colored moths.

When the plumes of the industrial revolution blanketed the forests in soot, these poor white moths stood out like bright "eat me" signs on the dirty grey trunks. Their grey mutant offspring stood a far greater chance of survival. So, over a period of less than 5 years, the species changed color from white to grey! True story.

Two years ago dark moths like bambs would have been picked clean from the unspoilt bark of the CSCO beech. But now the soot of a recession darkens the trunk of even the mightiest tree in the forest... The birds that roost on wall street are preparing to feast on plump white moths.

Perhaps like those English moths, the dark ones here will survive.

John.
