I would expect you to be attentive to the needs of your friends. The guy is still posting on RB. Yes, I would be more confrontational in this instance. I would call Lycos and RB til I got someone on the phone. Waiting for Robot replies from them will not be good enough. People are reading them and he writes more. See the RB thread.
