see no reason for recent run up . talked to my broker and he thinks some institutions are finally investing in the small and medium cap. looking forward to the opening in Indianapolis on june 20. I was just at the planet hollywood in cancun. seemed very busy while we were there. vacationers want to eat somewhere that they can trust. this one was in the heart of the hotel district. alot of people wearing t-shirts and hats. very long on phii. look forward to the upper twenties. jd
