tony, I think the working people are having it as tough as the folks on fixed incomes. Since I retired, I have been working with attorneys on divorce cases conducting quantitative analysis for them on the 401k plans. I have yet to see a 401k plan where these folks did not borrow money from the plan. I am now working on one where the guy had to borrow money to pay his loan off in order to retire. Man, it is really hard to have any sympathy for these folks that borrowed from their future. What a mess!!!!!! Joan
