That VectorVest site you pointed out to me has some pretty weird opinions. For example it reckons that UIS is overvalued - $14.25 against a c. $19 market price. It says it has a very poor growth rate (-6% according to them) and pays no dividends which they say are important. Yet it rates it as a buy... Well it reckoned JNPR is a buy too with a supposed valuation of $28 I think...
