CombJelly Re..So in East Texas at least, it was discouraged. Now true, the penalties weren't all that high usually, local judges had a great deal of discretion on penalties which could include jail time even for a first offense. <<<<<<

I would hope that that is acceptance of a draw on this discussion.

It is because of his history. <<<<<<<

And I would hope that we decide on his presidency based on what he is doing rather than what he has done or how he got there.
