Hi Stephen - while I may unwind my position b/c of my personal circumstance, I do not agree entirely with the argument [even though it is a valid one from the value perspective.] NT was selling slow growth asset to fuel the high growth business. The value folks are growth blind, i.e., an asset is an asset is an asset. However, hanging on to the plants and factories in the slow growth segments is not the best use of asset. I should qualify, GAAP [growth at any cost] is equally problematic. NT is making a transition, so, a few Qs of skewing data is quite acceptable until it becomes a truly GARP company. Interestingly, the value folks are the ones buying the LUs and the XRXs of the world, are they going any better?

best, Bosco
